9th Straight Year!

I've been using Turbotax for 9 years. I especially love the long-term tracking of my data, for example Roth IRA conversions. I think it is great for straightforward returns. It does require a level of tax knowledge and sophistication. I wish it had more detail in the "Details" section as I regularly have to go to the IRS website to look at their documents. For example, why isn't there a series of questions about dependent income that I can work through, rather than having to know or guess the amount needed? I'd rather be able to work through each problem by entering numbers, than reading about it and deciding the section doesn't apply. But overall I've been happy with it, obviously, or I wouldn't keep coming back year after year!
What's great about it: Easy to use and carries forward data from last year
What's not so great: Can't always tell whether I've gone through everything I need to.

Easy Peasy

Really easy, finds the refunds you didn't even know of. Made things les stressful!
What's great about it: Found me more refunds than I thought!
What's not so great: Had to run updates a few times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is a great way to prepare your taxes. It guides you step-by-step and is very easy to follow. I makes tax time much easier!

The program just keeps getting better. I've used TurboTax for decades and I'm just as excited to see the innovations each year as I was in the '90s.
Using TurboTax is like a leisurely walk on the beach.

Thank goodness for Turbo Tax!! I would never be able to get my taxes done on my own without it! I have used Turbo Tax for three years now, and it is sooo slick! I highly recommend the program!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it is constantly improving. I find i user friendly, accurate, and most importantly; defendable. Even though I have not been audited when using the software, I am confident that I would come through one with flying colors.

What's great about it: STEP BY STEP, PROBING FOR DEDUCTIONS AND INCOME ALIKE
What's not so great: CONSTANT UPDATES. DOES THE IRS REALLY CHANGE THE RULES THIS OFTEN OR ARE YOU CORRECTING PROGRAMMING ERRORS?
