Tax services made easy

Turbo tax is very convenience and a great software to people who are independent and its easy to manage.
What's great about it: the options to go back and review before filing
What's not so great: more credit for tax payers who rent not own
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Refund Procedure

I continue to use Turbo Tax for my federal return year after year. It takes me through the process step-by-step and makes sure everything is accounted for. Easy process and I like being able to go back and pick up where I left off with no problems.
What's great about it: Covered all the bases and made sure I entered data correctly.
What's not so great: Continuous updating, but I guess that's necessary to stay current.

needed to get done without thinking

Very easy, no guessing, no punching the wrong keys on a calculator and second guessing myself later. Needed to get done quick, fast and in a hurry and accomplished that at a quarter of the price of the here today-gone tomorrow "tax pros" that pop up annually.
What's great about it: No math or guessing what box to go to when

Consistent Results

I've used TurboTax for several years. Once on line and then a number of years using purchased software. No software or technical gliches. I have great confidence in the product and the results. I like the consistency of use from-year-to-year. i like the ability to either go through topics in depth or enter info into specific sections.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough
What's not so great: More ads than necessary for audit protection

Great Product

I use turbotax every year and it is totally worth it. The questions posed are easy to understand and answer. Any sections that I am unsure about have links called "explain this" that typically answer my questions.
What's great about it: Doing taxes with turbotax is simple. It helps me avoid confusion over accountancy terms, etc.
What's not so great: None.

Quick and Easy As Usual!

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 15 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. I can't imagine using anything else, including a tax accountant.
What's great about it: Love the guided tour through the program and process.
What's not so great: Load time stinks.

First time was easy

This is the first time I did my own taxes. My father in law is an accountant ans uses Turbo Tax, so I got it to do myself.
What's great about it: guides you every step of the way.
What's not so great: still didn't understand ALL of the terminology.
