Easiest Way To Get A Refund!

I've used TurboTax for years and have always been pleased with it's ease of use, comprehensive coverage of income and deductions and their consistant improvement of the application over the years.
What's great about it: Comprehensive, easy to use at all experience levels and as up-to-date as it can get.
What's not so great: I'm not fond of the State filing fee and would like to be able to see the prior year return along with the current year.

Smooth and Easy

I always like using Turbo Tax to get my taxes done and feel confident they are right. The process is smooth clean and fast. I am always reminded of something I could deduct or some data I should enter that I would surely forget if I were doing my tax returns manually.
This year I could not find the import from Quicken feature. I ended up creating a summary in Quicken and then entering the data. I always have had a tax export file as part of my documentation in each year's folder. This year I do not. I think I should go into Quicken and create the reports and save as PDFs for back up and reference purposes.
So this is an area that Intuit Turbo tax could improve for next year. If the feature was in 2012, I would like to know how to access it. Anyway, I got them done and only with Turbo Tax could I feel confident in the final resulting returns and the amount I owe.
What's great about it: Updates, alerts to wait for pending forms, saves time
What's not so great: importing from Quicken seems to be missing of hard to find this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This software is simple and easy to use. Buy it, load it, and go! It helps if you have used this software in previous years because it pre-populates your basic information and compares your entries from the last tax year. It also helps with the next tax year's W-4's. Thank you TurboTax!!!!!!

What's not so great: Does not accept PayPal for payment.

Maximized my refunds!

I loved TurboTax, but spent so much work on entering my donations (over the deduction limit of $600) and still didn't qualify for deductions. I spent about an hour on the "Its Deductible" adding it all, just to find out I didn't qualify. There should be something that tells you up front if you don't qualify for charitable contribution tax deductions. I still don't know why I don't...they didn't say why.
What's great about it: Quick, easy steps, extra information details
What's not so great: made me go back to steps already completed
