Excellent Program

This was such a great experience, I completed my taxes easily and without frustration this year with the largest refund that I have ever received in my life! I would recommend this program for everyone to try!
What's great about it: Easy to use, great benefits
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great but no print

How do I print out a paper copy of my Tax forms. I think I saved them.

Easy taxes

This is the 6th year we've used turbo tax deluxe. The wizard walks you through everything. The built-in help files answer any questions you might have. Couldn't be any easier. Price is reasonable. If only the government worked as well!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, Can come back to edit later with precise amounts, Imports last year's personal data
What's not so great: charge a fee to file state taxes

Great Product

I've used TurboTax for many, many years. The product keeps getting better. I've always highly recommended this product to my friends. Many years ago I did use a competitor product one time which was recommended by one of my friends but I was so frustrated in using it that I never used it again. I think it was called "Tax Cut" or something like that. My only disappointment this year is that since I became widowed last year, my taxes went up quite a bit. I'm assuming that it's because I no longer have her personal deduction.
I'd like to see the following improvements to the Charitable Contributions section:
1. Allow charities that I didn't contribute to this year to be available on the list the following year so I don't have to re-enter the address info which is not always easy to get.
2. The Charitable addresses don't allow for web donations. Since most of my contributions are done online I have to go to the web to try to lookup the address.
3. When entering a new charity it would be nice to insert the new charity alphabetically as I enter each one.

Too Cumbersome

Entering charitable deductions was much more time consuming than needed or required by the IRS. I have used many tax preparation products, but none this time consuming.
I prepare my return over a number of days as information comes in. I had to go back to re-enter information after if had previously been entered (eg, applying 2012 refund to my 2013 estimated taxes.
I will use a more streamlined product next year.
What's great about it: Can save to PDF
What's not so great: Too cumbersome and time consuming

MY MAJOR COMPLAINT THIS YEAR WAS TRYING TO GET THE PROGRAM TO WORK WITH NET FRAME 4.0. SEEMS MY COMPUTER WAS NOT QUITE CORRECT WITH THE NET FRAME INSTALL. TOOK ME A WEEK TO GET MY COMPUTER CORRECT. NEVER HAPPENED WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: EASY AND FAST
What's not so great: HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING IT TO WORK
