I've used TurboTax for the last 4 years and it has really made doing taxes easier.
What's great about it: Very Easy to follow, includes all forms that needed to be filled out
What's not so great: Some of the "Help"s were a little confusing.

Takes the work out of doing your taxes

The only problem I had was deleting a vehicle I sold. There wasn't any place in schedule C to delete a vehicle previously used. Unless I missed it.
What's great about it: Simple easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: It's tax time. Not your fault

Have used Turbo tax for 10 years now - continues to be easy, straight forward and the best way to get my taxes done - takes the pain out of the process.
