turbo tax is the best tax service ever - been using it for long time and it gets better every year!
What's great about it: SOOOO easy to use, follow and get help and learn more if needed.
What's not so great: I couldn't find a thing I didn't like this year - updates were fast too!

Love me some Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for 17 years. It makes the hideous job of taxes much easier to complete. I love how it walks you through, step-by-step. Anyone with a computer can use it.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Awesome product! By far the simpliest/easiest way to file and cheaper than taking your taxes to an individual.

Always trust Turbo Tax

I used to spend days going over the tax instructions just in case I missed a deduction. Turbo Tax does that for me and saves me a ton of time.
What's great about it: Covers all the areas and then some I could overlook
What's not so great: Haven't found a con yet

Overall, worth the purchase to do since I have a simple tax return.

Reliable Product

Overall this is an excellent product. It's thorough and easy to follow. It provides excellent guidance each step of the way. It is not as easy to go back to any single point in the step-by-step process. You can go directly to the forms, which is an advantage, but you can't jump from the form to the corresponding location in the step-by-step. Making changes, therefore, are perhaps more difficult than necessary.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and thorough for new users.
What's not so great: Not as easy to go back to a single point in the step-by-step.
