nice software

TT helped us get our return done easily though taxes are complicated enough to be confusing even with TT. Don't like at the end when it error checks and finds errors which don't make sense. LIke asking for the name of an education institute even though it was already there (pu tsome chars on the line and it was happy with that).
What's great about it: helps you through your return
What's not so great: can be confusing nontheless

Time saver

I have been using TurboTax for at least 15 years. It did save me lots of time, money and headache. I recommend it to my friends every year!
What's great about it: save my time and $
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

they make it easy to fill out and file. the audit insurance is the best bargin you can buy any where for anything.

Easy Tax Return

The program guides you very easily and it does everything for you. All you need to do is to type your family names , their birth dates, and your income . I highly recommend turbo tax .
What's great about it: very easy to manage
What's not so great: no problems at all

User for Many Years

I have always been able to understand what I need to do with Turbotax's explanations and directions. One step at a time and I've always let it guide me through the questions. When I'm done I know I've checked everything I need to and I'm not missing any part just because it seemed complicated when I first read it. I had a little trouble this year with the signature date but I persisted because I wanted to finish. I love the fact that Turbotax can retrieve last year's data and input so much information that saves me time. I get faster each year.
What's great about it: I learned to use Turbotax when I was self-employed and it made record keeping much easier.
What's not so great: Getting up the will to start.
