I love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out. It copies last year's tax return information. The prompts make it easy to get through your taxes and ensure you don't forget anything.
What's great about it: Copies over from last year. Summary pages make it clear to check work. Continual status of refund as you go.

More than a decade of using Turbo Tax

Have used for many years. I have completed mine, my parent's, my son's and even my sister and brother-in-laws' returns in some years. Love it.

Turbo Tax Forever!

Every page easily navigated me through my federal and state tax returns. I can't believe how fast it went and I am done. No appointments to make, no overpriced fees to pay! I filed my taxes from the comfort of my home. No stamps to purchase, no worries. This is the best product ever! Thank you Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Every page led me through each section of my federal and state tax return so easily!
What's not so great: Wish I'd discovered Turbo Tax sooner!

To find the needle in a haystack

No need to mention good stuffs about TurboTax. One thing it missed this year (2012) is 1099-DIV when box 7 = Various and box 12 is empty, it prompts error message. I had to enter "XX" from Bing search.
What's great about it: Tax return gets easier

My Good Friend TurboTax

My good friend, TurboTax, has led me through the tax forms for several years. It keeps my personal information for the next year, knows when I have carry-overs from the prior year, and fills in boxes for me right on through to filing.
I am allowed to go back to make additions and changes without wearing out erasers and white-out. TurboTax digests the information I feed it, and sends computations to the places where they are needed in the tax forms. When I am ready to file, TurboTax tells me the options I have for filing and paying or getting a refund, as well as printing out the return for my records. There is no better friend!

What's great about it: TurboTax leads me though the process to enter data, teaches me what I need to know, and does the math for me!
What's not so great: Sometimes the "help" does not seem to help me, perhaps its ME and not TurboTax!
