Good product

Overall it is a good solid product. I like to review my returns manually and the lack of NYS and Federal tax tables makes independent calculation of the tax difficult. Other than that, no complaints.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to use
What's not so great: Instructions and tax tables are hard to get.

Helps navigate very complex tax laws and requirements.
What's great about it: Short sections easy to access and links to explanations of complex terms.
What's not so great: Doing taxes.

Easy Peasy

Excellent product. Have used for years. Easy to use, very comprehensive easy to follow directions. Does the calculations to find the maximum return.
What's great about it: Coprehensive. Finds maximum returns. Helpful links for information on tax requirements
What's not so great: After logging off, it did not seem as easy to return to the previous section where I left off.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Anxiety Free Filing

As a perpetual procrastinator, I can't afford to get stuck in the middle of filing at the last minute. Turbo Tax is reliable and easy to use. I've been a loyal fan for many years. It's great to have last year's information pulled in automatically; that's a real time-saver. If I enter my information correctly, I can relax knowing that Turbo Tax has me covered for the calculations.
I plan to use Turbo Tax as long as they keep making it!

Never been disappointed

I do 4 tax returns on average every year, all of them family members, and all of them with different incomes, tax deductions, property taxes, college tuition and so forth. We never had any problems, and all of them appreciate the fast response and electronic filing.

3d year saving money and time

This was my 3r year using TurboTax and each time it has saved me time and preperation expense. Being i can electronically file Federal and State now with one program makes tax time much easier. I don't have to input the same information twice for Fed and State forms.
What's great about it: Easier everytime I use it as it pulls in previous year's information
