TurboTax takes you through each and every step, processes the information you've entered and gives you helpful hints. If you are unsure just simply type in your question and you'll get the answer. I love this program.
What's great about it: This was one of the easiest tax programs to use.

Overall, excellent interface that does a great job of walking an individual through the daunting process of taxes. I have utilized Turbo Tax for over 15 years and you continue to enrich and improve an already great product.

Ran the tax run.

We have used TurboTax successfully for years. The ease and accuracy of use without the feeling that you didn't understand the forms. It's step by step with definitions and help if needed. With all this ease and help you can understand our shock when the Federal E-filed tax return was rejected by the IRS. With the response from Turbo Tax working with the IRS we found that someone had stolen our I.D. and filed a Federal Tax return using my Social Security Card. Thank you for the alert of identity theft.
What's great about it: The guidance, ease, and simplicity.
What's not so great: The end result at first glance

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2012

Each year, the step-by-step flow becomes easier to use and navigate. I was dredding this year's return, but it took a lot less time.
The Schwab investment data download for the schedule D was a huge bonus. I would buy this software again based on that feature alone.
What's great about it: The interactive guide gets more user friendly with each year. 2012 was the easiest year yet!
What's not so great: The analysis seemed to go a little too smoothly compared to last year. Was everything truly checked?

Wouldn't Do Without

i have been using TurboTax sine it was born and i think computers were still using DOS. there are some flaws that are confusing when you go back and forth to the interview and schedule C stuff is a little tricky. i use the deluxe version and if you are experienced, it is sufficient to do pretty much everything. if you are a novice you probably need more guidance. you can play with the numbers back and forth to maximize your refund with college tuition etc. any flaws i have found is because it is definitely still after all these years not 100% user friendly

TURBO TAX is easy to understand and use. Very user friendly and accurate.
The step by step "easy" guides make it useful and pleasant to complete your returns.
Would recommend it to all my friends.
