Program was easy to follow and understand; made a sometimes tedious process easy to get through.
What's great about it: easy to follow and gotvthe job done quickly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Program walks you through what you need to know. Have used Turbo Tax for 13 years and never disappointed. I have even had to use the audit defense once and found out I was due a refund.
What's great about it: ease of use, guidance

Clear, fast, and easy

I particularly like how the software can take info from previous years and use it for the current filing.
What's great about it: Clear English. Expanded explanations when necessary

Peace of Mind!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 or more years. I feel confident that I am doing the taxes the right way for IRS with this software. So easy to use that my wife was able to do it for the first time preparing it. The questions it posts are very simple to understand most of the time. I will always use Turbo tax for the time to come.
What's great about it: Have a feeling that you have covered everthing and feel free
What's not so great: At times I had doubts on certain topics that I Turbotax did not clarify clearly

Love TurboTax

TurboTax is so easy to use! The program just walks you though your taxes. They offer suggestions to help you get a better refund!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Beat the deadline

This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and I find it to be very thorough---and reviewing the return helps me understand the taxable (and non-taxable amounts of my income)--until tonight I did not know how much of my SS income was taxable.
I believe this is an excellent product.
What's great about it: Picked up info from earlier returns
What's not so great: not much to complain about
