Turbo Tax is pretty amazing - it really does walk you all the way through everything so you really can do your taxes YOURSELF. I especially like the way Turbo Tax double and triple checks everything you enter, every move you make. This is the first year I have done my taxes myself, I filed the 1040 long form - my Audit Risk shows up in the low category, my refund is about what I expected it to be, I saved money on preparation fees, I am done, I am happy and would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step instruction and explanations throughout
What's not so great: It's Deductible is not connected to the main program

Have used this program for many years and have found it helpful as well as complete and expect to use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy, simple to use
What's not so great: Doesn't tell you if you missed something, like Estimated payments.

EASY AS 1-2-3

Each year it gets better and better. I must have been using it for over 10 years without and issue or difficulty. I even had it mailed to an overseas location by my parents so that I could file my taxes.
What's great about it: Follow the instructions and it will guide you.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Once again Turbo Tax has made my tax preparation smooth ans easy. Once you have all your documents, you can fly right through the return.
What's great about it: instant return status
What's not so great: I still need to collect all of my documents(not TT' fault)

Love the Ease of Doing Taxes Year to Year

It's really easy to do taxes each year because you can import the previous years' info into the current year. Saves time!
What's great about it: I like being able to transfer in much info from last year to new tax year

I thoroughly enjoyed doing my taxes on Turbo Tax. I have been using this product for many years and each year it seems to get better and better.
What's great about it: I loved the Guide because it walked you through everything!!!!
What's not so great: There wasn't really anything that I didn't like.

Overall, I like TurboTax. I highly recommend this income-tax program.
What's great about it: Very useful-friendly tax software
What's not so great: You still need a tax consultant if you don't have time to explore every item in tax filing in order to max tax refund.
