I have used TurboTax since 2002 and have been very happy with the ease of use year after year. I was disappointed with TurboTax lack of support for some form, which resulted in my being unable to electronically file my federal and state returns.
What's great about it: easy to use; import from Quicken and financial institutions
What's not so great: not all forms supported and unable to file electronically
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to Use

I've been using TT for since the late 80's. Keeps getting easier to use. Impressive ability to handle a wide range of special circumstances. E-filing is really easy, especially after you have done it once. Year to year comparisons are very helpful.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Not too many year to year changes.

turbo tax is very helpful in filing taxes. It helps you cover all the areas and does all the addition which reduces the errors. It has good explanations on most of the topics and helps you figure out what goes where. It also brings in the previous year which helps as well.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and walked you through everything. Explanations were very helpful as well.
What's not so great: Took some time load on occasion.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

THE NUMBER OF KEY STROKES FOR ENTERING A SINGLE STOCK TRANSACTION IS UNREAL. THE REPETITIVE QUESTIONS MAKE THE PROCESS FRUSTRATING IN THE EXTREME.
REVERSE THE LISTING ORDER OF THE STOCK TRANSACTIONS AND PUT THE "ADD ANOTHER TRANSACTION" BUTTON AT THE TOP OF THE LIST SO I DON'T HAVE TO KEEP SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST FOR EVERY ADDED TRANSACTION. THIS ONE CHANGE WOULD GREATLY REDUCE THE TIME TO ENTER STOCK TRANSACTIONS.

I wish TT would learn me and my situation and not take me through areas I have never used in the past and will not again this year. I do like the update information from previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to use - load data from previous years
What's not so great: Takes through sections that don't apply without skipping around

Super Tax Filing Tool

Turbo tax deluxe is the easiest, fastest, and most accurate tax filing tool on the planet! It really did not take me a very long time to complete my return. The IRS integration and e-filing is sooooo state of the art, it is awesome.
