Easy and Acurate

I have used TurboTax for years. Last year I went to a tax accountant and paid a lot more. This year I came back to TurobTax and was not disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Wouldn't print blank 1040-ES forms

I have used TurboTax for many years and completely trust it for completeness and accuracy. I have only one complaint that is really more of an inconvenience. After completing a Schedule C, if I need to make a change or review a specific entry, I have to step through the entire Schedule C entry process to access the specific point rather than go directly to that point.
Otherwise, my experience is completely positive.

Overall good, Help feature could be easier to use

Overall, my experience with TurboTax has been very positive for several years now. Items are covered in detail and additional explanation is available when necessary as each item is covered.
My one issue is that, when I need to find an item I know was missed or to determine when an item will be covered, it is difficult to determine and the help feature is not sufficient to resolve the issue quickly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks through every items to be sure nothing is missed
What's not so great: In a couple of instances, I knew an item was missing, but could not find the field to enter until the final review.

this is great..........quick and easy to get my taxes in and over with, and the grandkids love me cause i can show them how to do their taxes.....quick and easy!!! only problem is grandma
