Still my favorite software program. Can't remember how many years we used TurboTax, but it's been a lot!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Lots of updates, right up until teh end.

Won't do my own taxes without Turbotax

I tried slightly cheaper competitors products a couple years ago, and was Very disappointed... sspecially the State tax requirements and forms.
I will never leave turbotax again!

I believe I have used TurboTax for the past nine years. The layout of the product is what one would expect, very structured and organized. The dialog is user friendly. Perhaps what I appreciate the most are the federal and state reviews and the list of possible deductions I need to take into account as I prepare my taxes. TurboTax has kept my review errors to a minimum by checking the entries before I get to that point in my preparation. The deduction list is a great reminder of tax statements I need to look for as the filing date nears.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Nothing

I always enjoy using Turbo Tax, super easy and fast...every year it gets better!
What's great about it: Always walks you through everything, easy to navigate.
What's not so great: No cons.

Have used TurboTax Deluxe for the past 10 years, the program continues to impress, with the ease of step-by-step review of income, deductions and anything else you can think of! Gives me piece of mind and makes it easy to get your taxes filed and with no errors! If you're not using it and paying for some tax services, you don't know what you're missing!
What's great about it: Ease of use, real time review, audit checking!
What's not so great: Could be a bit faster!

Using Turbo Tax was straightforward and understandable. The extra help features were easy to follow and very clear. I really liked the feature that it did not need to be completed in one session.
