Great Tax Program

Turbo tax did a great job overall in allowing me to complete my returns quickly and efficiently. If there was more efficient integration between states, that would be helpful, but not necessary.
What's great about it: Easy to enter and manage all data
What's not so great: Confusing when errors are made from 3rd parties, slow program

I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 10 years and have always been pleased with the product. It is easy to use and the e-file is very convenient, even when you have to pay.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes not enough detailed explanations

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and each year they always seem to impress me with new improvements and enhancements. I always know I have the latest updates to the software using the automatic update feature. Printing and filing are a breeze. The easy step process reviews deductions that I may have otherwise missed. Overall an excellent product.......
What's great about it: Easy to use.....very professional resuls

It's just so easy...

I love Turbo Tax! I find it incredibly easy - almost like someone is holding my hand and walking me through the whole process. I LOVE that it imports my information from last year. I not only save time by not having to re-enter information but I like seeing the changes year to year. I trust Turbo Tax and each year am amazed at how easy it is!

What's great about it: So easy and self explainatory
What's not so great: I didn't like not being able to jump around on the schedule C.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The only problem I've had is that eliminating Schedule C Car & Truck Worksheet is very difficult, particularly on the California return, as I no longer need Schedule C. Other than that, things are good.
What's great about it: Ease of use

I was hoping turbo tax would tell me 1) can I contribute to an IRA, 2) if so which kind, and 3) how much.
I ended up telling turbo tax I added money to an IRA then realized it was ok since it didn't tell me I could not. So I had to back into the answer.
What's not so great: Didn't tell me if I could add to or open an IRA
