Turbo Tax makes filing your returns a lot less frustrating. It's great to get your refund so quickly also!!
What's great about it: Everything is covered. No guessing on what to do.
What's not so great: Would like to see the entire screen without having to scroll.

Easy to use!

This program is a life-saver because it checks for common mistakes and helps explain deductions in a simple format. My favorite feature is how it saves my information from year to year, so that I can compare this years deductions and refunds to last years.
What's great about it: easy to use, fast, user-friendly

Much needed help

I loved using Turbo Tax. It was simple and detailed. I felt I was getting the guidance of a face to face tax expert. Although I had to pay this year it was no fault of Turbo Tax, only my own.

Not too bad

This software is pretty easy to use. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but once I learned how to navigate the program I became a lot more comfortable. If you forget something or need to change something, the program makes it easy to do so.
What's great about it: Easy; provides good explinations
What's not so great: Some stuff confusing...it does explain though

I have used Turbo Tax for years and am always happy with the results. Mine is not a simple return and TT leads me through it. Even got me through an audit 4 years ago! Hooray!

Being able to use the combination of the wiard and expore -on-your-own allowed a seasoned user to move quickly through the very familiar sections and then spend the needed time inthose areas which were unique to this year's tax picture. The speed and thoroughness of the error checks and reviews provided the comfort I am looking for in such matters.
What's great about it: The combination of the wizard and the explore options allow a seasoned user to move through a quick compilation

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have recommended it to my daughter. It is so easy to complete a return and I feel confident that it is done correctly.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through with explanations when I needed them.
What's not so great: Have to pay to file the state taxes.
