It is the quickest way to file-had doing the leg work
What's great about it: Quick and easy while effective
What's not so great: More explanation into the types of credits-ie American Opportunity credit stumped me
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Surprised With My Refund

Until last year I had not done my own taxes in many years.At
the first last year I was not sure if I could understand enough about the directions presented. The deeper I got into the program information the better I felt. By the time I finished
the process I was so glad I had chose TurboTax. As I started to plan for doing my taxes this year I had already decided to go back with TurboTax. I again found this program was just what I needed.

I love this program and will continue to use it every year. The "Its deductible on line" is great too. We use it through out the year to keep up with our deductions
What's great about it: Takes no time to complete even when itemizing

When I had issues with my return I was able to get someone on the phone and help correct my problem. They were helpful and solved my problem.
