Have used for the past 10 years and it gets eaiser and eaiser to use. Still don't like the long wait at start up but once it gets going... Well, it just gets eaiser.
What's great about it: easy

Very useful. As an adult student, I'm very busy, Turbo Tax was quick and easy.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and every year it seems to get better. I am no fan of completing taxes, but the use of Turbo Tax makes it much easier to complete them.
What's great about it: Very easy to use!
What's not so great: Some items need slighlty better direction for help
Pros: I bought or sold investments

As straight forward as taxes could ever be

My taxes situation was relatively simple, so I was tempted to give it only 4 stars, but you know what...it's about taxes, I was done in couple hours, no guessing work, and I am really no tax expert, quite the contrary. So I guess 5 stars are still in order.
What's great about it: Quite straight forward
What's not so great: None really

Very satisfied with product

I got a late start on my taxes and got them done in 2 evenings. The CPA was a great help, I was frustrated at first in not understanding how to navigate around in turbo tax.
What's great about it: Very helpful CPA answered all of my questions and helped me navigate in and understand requirements in Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: As a first time user, it was difficult to find and understand entries, long phone wait.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
