I have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years now.
I recommend using it to all my family and friends.
I share with them how easy it is to use and find it strange that they have not yet switched over.

Made it easy and fast!

Product was easy to install and use. The step-by-step method made it easy to use and understand the type of information it was requesting. The feature that allows you to start where you left off keeps you on track when you need to stop and come back the next day. I've been using since 2006.
What's great about it: Step-by-step easy method
What's not so great: No Cons; liked everything about Turbotax

Better than last year

Thank you for fixing the update feature for Mac; the previous two years this was a real problem (had to call in). The flagging feature is nice, but there should be better automatic status indicators. For example, Turbo Tax should be able to check that I've already printed my return and tell me that when asking a second time. It should not tell me the payment voucher needs to be printed when I've already printed it.
What's great about it: Problems downloading Mac updates have been fixed!
What's not so great: Still not that easy to know what I needed to do

THis is the first time that I filed my taxes myself through Turbo tax - my mother reommended it - she has used it for many years - and it is every bit as easy as she said it was!
What's great about it: Easy to use for someone not familiar with tax laws
What's not so great: Really not any that I can think of
