Great product experience making tax filing easy. Very thorough at searching for tax credits. The easy guide (step by step guides) was very helpful to make sure nothing was missed and properly filed.
What's great about it: Easy Step by Step Guide

This is 4th time we've used Turbo Tax. It's easy and very reliable. We skipped a year, used a CPA, and IRS found an error. We came back to Turbo Tax again!!!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I love that I can import all of my data from last year so I spend less time! I love to watch that refund indicator climb!!!

Seventh consecutive year using Turbo Tax, first time filing electronically. Everything worked great. Contacted tech support three times, two of them the result was excellent, the third was not helpful.
What's great about it: Step by step works great, good tech support.
What's not so great: Review showed non-existent errors.

Painful but done

I had my folder full of paperwork and by the time I had everything entered, my folder was empty. Everything was accounted for and logged.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to understand, complete.
What's not so great: Had to pay more than expected
