easy, cheap, helpful, nobody bothers me, easily available, no appt necessary; goodbye my old accountant!
What's great about it: really easy
What's not so great: "red flag" if something missing in filing through email alert
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTx for 7 years - and now I have both of my children using it as well - we will all use for many years to come!

Quick & Easy prep and file

Great way for you to do your taxes, review them, electronically file them, and print the documents for your records. I would not use any other service to prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: Step by step review and instructions

Had to redo and finally "save" after each try to get rid of red entries.
No easy way to print and compare stock sale entries with 1099
Under "Life Changes" I X had a baby (doing my taxes)
What's great about it: k-1 assist helpful
What's not so great: lack of info for red lined items
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Skeptical at first since I usually did my taxes by myself. As I got more familiar with the software I felt more comfortable. There were a couple of items I couldn't find how Turbo Tax got the numbers. Even after trying to read the IRS instructions it wasn't totally clear. I trust Turbo Tax made all the correct calculations and provided the forms needed. Hope nothing goes wrong now that I've e-filed my returns. If it goes well, more than likely I'll use your software next year.

Way to go TurboTax!

Turbo Tax saved me a lot of time and effort with easy to follow instructions and pop up explanations. Will use it again next year. Thanks for such a software product that makes tax preparation less dreadful.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and ready choice selections after answering questions.
What's not so great: None. All good.
