Solid and dependable

Overall very satisfactory performance. Have been using for several years. Suggest being able to import previous years data from pdf files. When switching computers, you tend to loose this great feature and have to hand load the information again.
What's great about it: Step by step walks you through the process. Very thorough.
What's not so great: The continue button is off the screen forcing you to always scroll down to move to the next page. Improve!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not as good as prior years

Glitch - It kept asking for dependent data that was already entered. I had to go back and forth a few times before it worked. Navigation not smooth. Mouse clicks are too far apart on the screen. Not the dominant product it once was. I've used Turbo tax for 20+ years but may make a change next year. Maybe this is a weaker version for Mac. Not acceptable.
What's not so great: Navigation a bit awkward.

Easy as pie

This product made filing taxes easy. Everything was explained in easy to follow directions and questions were answered by just asking for more informaion. Could'nt be more happy with product.

I found the program extremely useful. It provided ideas and informed me of errors immediately for my filing. I'll be back next year to Turbo Tax. This was my first year using this program and I recommended it to many.

Picked up items correctly better than done by a professional using a pro software package. I had to "fire" him and go back to TurboTax.
What's not so great: Print section makes it hard to do fed/state separately.

My Tax

Overall it is very good and I used it for many years. It coverd most of my situation. I will continune use it.
What's great about it: automatically retrive/compair previous year records
What's not so great: some numbers are not easily to find where they come from
