Never thought it was so easy

loved it. Just wish I had more income to show, but now I know I can do my taxes myself.
What's great about it: First time doing taxes, 17years old, no help, it just made sense

Accurate!

I had used Turbo Tax for many years, but for the last couple of years, I was lured away to another tax preparation software program that costed less. Both years, with the other program, I found mistakes in my return that I could only correct manually. I went back to Turbo Tax this year, and I will never go back! The return was accurate, and the software was straighforward and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Accurate

Not As Easy

This is the first year I found it difficult to use Turbo Tax. I've used Turbo Tax for the previous 4 years without difficulty. I almost wanted to have a CPA help me for the first time.
What's great about it: Work On My Time

Love Turbo Tax - don't need to keep up with tax laws. It reminds me of all sorts of deductions I didn't even know I could get. Didn't use it one year and accountant did a terrible job - went right back to reliable Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: ItsDeductible helps a lot with donations

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I love it. I am an accountant and used to process income tax returns by hand. When you made a mistake on one form, you had to make sure to change EVERYTHING and check your accuracy. This was what turned me on to Turbo Tax...it makes the changes for you...and accurate too. I ti so fast and easy. Love it.!!!

I had to enter how many hours I worked in one state, how many hours worked total, and how many hours of vacation i used. It would have been easier to enter how much i made in the first state and just subtract that from the total income for the year for me.I guess i didnt really understand why it needed hours when I could easily say how much money i made in each state.
What's great about it: easy to enter in information
