Another year's taxes made easy

I have used TurboTax for several years now. It has always been easy to use and comprehensive. Improvements each year make TurboTax easier to complete your taxes accurately and on time.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate. Asks all pertinent questions
What's not so great: I really can't think of anything bad.

Very good product.

Overall, very good. There were problems with printing though. Most of the time I had to re-boot the computer because the printing would not start. Twice it printed gibberish - only the headings of the forms were readable.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to enter information.
What's not so great: problems with printing

Turbo tax was recommended by my mother. With the money I saved I'll have to take her to dinner now

turbotax...everything it's name implies...

I have been using Turbotax for years. It has some of the best explanations out there for some of the more complex matters within the tax codes that the general taxpayer is going to run into when trying to complete their own returns.
I should have used it to plan better when I was going to go from head of household to simply being single, but I was too tied up with getting past the "wedding" of my son, and not thinking about my own tax situation. Perhaps I can give better advice to the next single mom or dad out there when I run into them... and they are in a similar situation. Turbotax would have given me the tools to have planned this out better so that I wouldn't have owed money, if I had just used the tools.

Relief for Another Year

I have used Turbo Tax for several years . I love it because it is so easy for me to use. It does almost everything for you . If you have questions you can always find the explanation . If you still have questions you can call on the phone support team. I like the fact that you can print all the forms when you are finished. The e-filing is easy and I like the choice of direct deposit or mail receipt of refund. It is also important to me to have that confirmation via email that the government has received it.
What's great about it: Ease of Use. Availability of Advisors and Forms, Interveiws
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing.

YEAR AFTER YEAR - THIS ROCKS

I really can't complain at all about the program. I buy a hard copy, install it and do the whole families taxes. That is a bargain. I do love e-filing and that can add up when you have to do several. If you have to do more than one state, it can add up, but then again, TIME IS MONEY! So, I will use it and love it!
What's great about it: Year after year it is great! keeps the info i need !
What's not so great: I always hate to spend money, but...what the heck!

A Better Experience

Much easier to use over previous versions. I felt like I answered fewer questions to get the same information. Additionally, doing the big deductions first didn't make the process feel so gloomy!
