Happy it's over

Over all I wish each topic had more questions to ask me about deductions. I always feel I am missing some.
What's great about it: nice to be guided
What's not so great: Wish I knew more about each topic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This system of yours is crazy easy and affordable. My personal return is a little tricky with sub-chapter S corp pass thru BUT no problem with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: walks you thru EVERYTHING

For over 10 years I have found Turbo Tax to completely fill my needs for tax filing. It is easy to follow their instructions, from beginning to end. When I wasn't sure what they meant, their drop boxes explain the matter very clearly and succinctly. I can't imagine a program which is more complete and as easy to follow. And it isn't even very expensive!
What's great about it: It is easy, straight forward, and guarantees accuracy
What's not so great: Can't think of any (I know it can't be free!)

I've used TurboTax for almost 10 years and wouldn't think of doing my taxes any other way. It's simple, and I trust it to get me the best possible return.
What's great about it: step by step help; easy; trustworthy; covers all situations
What's not so great: Cannot think of a one

Great program

I have used this program for many years and love it. It guides me thru all steps and doesn't allow me to miss anything. All calcs are checked and double checked. The final check is very helpful to make sure all I's are dotted and all T's crossed.

Changes to form and step questions interfaces

This was the first time in 10 years of using Turbo Tax that I have had difficulty going between forms and the step questions. frequently had to start over with questions. Could also not go from many form fields to source data. Don't know how you changed things, but I found it very frustrating and a real waste of time. Liked older version much better..
What's not so great: Change of linkage between steps and forms and between forms and source data
