I Love Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax is super simple to use. I love that it will import from It's Dectible since I use it all year to record our charitable contributions. Also, I was able to track taxes midyear and adjust withholding, etc. to ensure we didn't owe a large amount...even got a small redund.
What's great about it: super simple to use; imports from It's Deductible
What's not so great: none that I have found

2012 TurboTax

It was easy to get my taxes paid this year by using Turbo Tax for all my states (usually I do one by hand).
I do see a problem, however. If one puts in an amount for Tax Preparation Fees the state forms see the amount but not he explanation. Then one has to go back and try to find out from where that amount came.
What's great about it: Easy to use especially if you have had income from or lived in multiple states
What's not so great: Difficult to find out which line numbers where your data is pout so Quicken can be used with turbo tax

Turbotax - a longtime help

Always do a print preview before filing. It's a great final check to insure that you've included everything properly. It then permits going back and correcting any duplication of entries or lost entries you thought may have been picked up automatically from some other entry. This is particularly true if you have a complex situation with a lot of detail. I've used it for years and would hate to have to learn a system from someone else. I highly recommend it!
What's great about it: Continually improved and updated
What's not so great: Occasional unclear info requiring review and redo

Easy fast and Stress Free

I loved the fact I can work on my taxes when I have time, then save it- then come back to it when I have time again. It is easy and stress free. I wish everything was this easy.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is easiest way to get the maximum refund

It's great to not have to worry if I'm calculating correctly, or claiming the right deductions or credits. Its does all my thinking for me and I don't have to be a tax wizard to understand it!

Prepare your taxes like a PRO

For years I had a tax preparation company do my taxes. A friend of mine told me about Turbo Tax. I said, I am so not a computer person. I decided to try Turbo Tax and each year am amazed at how easy it is to do. I don't even have to think about what to claim or what not to claim....Turbo Tax asks me the questions, and based on my answers knows exactly what to do for me....I will never use anything else to do my taxes.....
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is sooo easy...Should call it Tax Preparation for Dummies
