I used Turbo Tax delux to file the return. I think the calculation is pretty accurate, and it saves us a lot of sweat. However, there are quite some repetitive steps, so when we review an item, go back to edit it, we have to answer all those questions again. I wonder if these steps can be simplified. Another things is sometimes it's really hard to answer questions related to foreign sections in the interest and dividend. It's only several dollars and the taxt documents didn't specify.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Overall, a very nice experience for filing a tax return.
What's great about it: Turbotax walked me through very easily.
What's not so great: Couldn't reach customer service!

The software is very easy to use and then efile your return. Would prefer not to have to pay for the State Efile as the cost of the software should cover it.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Should identify an error when you make it, not just during the review.

Turbo Tax did a good job of guiding me through the various steps. In some instances I did not have the proper information available and was able to exit Turbo Tax, obtain the necessary information and return to where I had stopped.

I go back to TurboTax every year because it keeps things simple, clear and concise, and the accuracy is excellent.

Turbo Tax, GREAT again!

I have used Turbo Tax every year now since 2006 and each year it seems easier and more complete, easily stepping through the various form as if I were sitting across from a tax accountant.
I really appreciate the easy format, logical steps, formatted process that avoids mistakes, easy to import data and transfer past returns in this year's forms.
Why pay a tax accountant who'll simply give your data to their clerical staff to have them enter what you can do in Turbo Tax yourself? You'll do it, see it, understand it, and KNOW what you're filing. Win all around!
