Fewer Import Options

Disappointed that I could not import my employer W-2. Fortunately I discovered a serious typo before filing. This error would have been avoided if I was able to import this data as I have in past years.
What's great about it: Solid product, instills confidence
What's not so great: Fewer institutions participating in data import function

2012 Tax time

Overall, I love this product year after year. Found the "Help" feature lacking this year. Couldn't get it to work at all. Also the date for the signature kept giving me an error message.
Minor issues when compared with the overall professional features. Will be back again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive
What's not so great: Help feature didn't work, hard to go back and find entries

Makes doing my taxes easier

This is my third year using TurboTax. I find it is possible to do my own taxes with this program because it walks me through each section. I am able to go back and correct entries easily.
What's great about it: Step by step gives me everything I need to file my taxes completely
What's not so great: Some of the information is difficult to understand even with the help options

Lifesaver on tight deadline!!

I love the ease of use, the review process and the return check feature that checks for errors and reminds you of missed deductions or possible corrections. I love that I don't have to remember every deduction because it reviews my previous year deductions.

I have such confidence in my filing because you do all the computation and alll i need do is answer the question. If I have a question, I can call and you are so knowlegeable. have used product 6 years now and recommend to everyone!! My son used it this year as he bought his firct house and has busines expenses to figure, he is hooked now too!!
