2012 Turbo tax

It's an average tax software like other tax softwares. It is more expensive than others.

What's not so great: expensive, liitle difficult to find where to enter certain data, state retruns are not free

Easy way to file

Takes very little time to complete both federal and state tax returns. Program makes sure you supply all needed information. Program makes sure you don't miss any deductions/credits. User friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate; don't have to read printed instructions
What's not so great: None.

I use Turbo Tax every year and I like the consistency and ease of updating information from year to year.

for 32 years i was able to keep my wife at arms length from the taxes. I would tell her I will get to it and my piles would remain on my desk. April 14th the taxes were always done and ready to sign, this year she did the taxes-- before April and now I cant come up with an excuse for the last 10 years using turbo tax
What's great about it: anyone can do it
What's not so great: to easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax time pro with Turbo Tax

Every year I dread doing our taxes, but since I started using Turbo Tax a few years ago, it is so much easier than trying to figure out all our deductions and keeping up with the ever-changing tax laws. I feel our refund is maximized by using Turbo Tax and recommend it to co-workers, friends, and relatives.
What's great about it: Guides with ease through all aspects of your return
What's not so great: Would rather it did not direct you into your state return automatically

User Friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for years &I have found that it's been user friendly. It does all of the "thinking" for me! :) I love this product!
What's great about it: Easy, Easy, Easy to use!!!
What's not so great: Price of filing state online & price of refund processing fee.
