simple and easy

I have been using turbotax for years because it is easy and straightforward to use. The confirmation of processing page was not able to be printed, or highlighted to save the information, everything else worked great.
What's great about it: not having to do the math
What's not so great: some pages were not able to be individually printed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund was so EASY

I had forgotten a few things on the tax return and by using their suggestions and just following along with their program I was able to say "oh yeah, forgot that" and entered the information

Painless filing

The online help community had some questions with no associated answers. i had the same question that someone posted and no one answered it. so i had to look elsewhere for the answer.

Love Turbo Tax

I love how Turbo Tax walks me through every step, asks all the right questions and offers free on-line chat help for any questions I have. I feel confident that I have an accurate return when I'm done!

Once again TurboTax scores big!

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and have never had any problems whatsoever. I find it much easier to do my taxes with TurboTax than doing them manually. It also helps me get a larger refund by not missing deductions and credits that I am entitled to.
What's great about it: Awesome software package, makes doing taxes almost effortless!
What's not so great: None that I can think of

As long as you have all your paperwork together, the process is simple and very easy.

It's really easy to follow the steps within TurboTax but if you have a question on something, it's a little hard to find the information on anything not titled as part of the easy steps.
