Quick and Easy

Outstanding Product

Turbo Tax has been my sources for income tax reporting. Since I started using in the 90 it has saved hundreds of dollars in tax preparation. Every year it get better and easier to use. Over the years it has provided with thousands of dollars in refund that I would miss by doing it manually. One of the best products in the market. I Strongly recommend it.
What's great about it: Quick and simple to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: I moved, I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. This is the first year that I've had any concern about using it to file my taxes with Minnesota. Fortunately, things were resolved quite quickly. Easy to follow the instructions.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: too many concerns about filing MN return

Quick & Simple

I have used turbo tax for years and am very pleased with the software. The only complaint is that the city/local return does not allow you to make changes to the schedules (i.e how many days you worked in the city - this would change the amount of taxes paid). Otherwise, very happy!
What's great about it: The questions walk you through all of the needed documents and possible deductions.
What's not so great: The city/local return needs some updating (i.e. there was no way to adjust the number of days worked in the city)

Ten Years and Counting

I have been using TurboTax for ten years and counting. TurboTax is one of the most, if not the most, user friendly programs on the market. I intend to continue using TurboTax for many years to come.
What's great about it: Program walks you through everything; real easy.
What's not so great: Too many attempts to get you to spend more money on upgrades.
