Turbfabulous!!!!

I was anxious before I started using the tool but once started and it was free flowing and didn't take me long to finish. As long as you have your documents together, it's a piece of cake without the calories.
What's great about it: easy to navigate, no sweat and no stress.
What's not so great: None

Long Time User of TurboTax

I am a long time user of Turbo Tax and have loved it for over 30 years. It is simple to use, easy to understand, and always helps me find things that I never knew I could do to increase my refund. GREAT TOOL.
What's great about it: Simpley, easy, guides you thru the process

Tax refund make easy!

Turbo Tax has been my angel for helping me walk through the federal and state tax filings for multiple years. I don't think that even a professional CPA could have made the process easier. Thanks for being my income tax buddy.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to follow. Review for errors a must.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Program!

This our second year using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use with the guided features. I was pleasantly surprised when it imported much of the information from last year. I am sure we will continue to use for years to come.
What's great about it: Love how it imported last years info!
What's not so great: nothing to not like!

Very easy to follow. When we had questions, the "help/info buttons" were very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: printing was confusing, didn't get a e-file confirmation number

Turbo Tax is the ONLY tax prep for me!

This is the only tax preparation program I have used for the past 6 years and I won't switch to any other program or go back to paying someone else to do it. I have even sold a number of my young friends to use it.
What's great about it: Even with itemizing - it's so easy peasy
