Super Awesome

My first year as a single mom AND a college student: I was scared of this year's filing. I had no idea how my life changes were going to complicate filing taxes. I was so relieved that this process with Turbotax was simple and stress free. What the heck was I worried about? Now how to spend that refund.....
What's great about it: Simple. Fast.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Using TurboTax

Most was very easy. However, the 1 uncommon tax situation, which generated my question, was answered vaguely. I really had to spend a lot of time because the instruction I received was unclear. I did finally get it figured out and the proper forms finally materialized. Hopefully, I won't need this kind of help next year!
What's great about it: Ease of use for common tax situations - very easy, like to have a choice of step-by-step, or use my own judgement.
What's not so great: Very difficult to get instructions for 1 very uncommon tax situation - answer to question was vague, which made it hard.

Made my tax filing a breeze

Each time I use TurboTax, I feel very confident my returns are correctly prepared. Even though we have a number of schedules to attach, I am confident in the return's accuracy.
What's great about it: Understandable, complete
What's not so great: I'm old. I like an ongoing look at the forms!

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for years - the best feature is bringing last years information in, there are so many things that link year to year.
The interview is a logical way to get through the details of tax filing and solves many reporting questions.
I like being able to switch to forms and see how the numbers fit together.

easy process to submit and get refund

I dont have experience using Turbo tax for business, it is simple, intuitive and very thorough in filing a typical 1040 return with capital gains/ losses, itemized deductions, business expenses.
What's great about it: very intuitive and easy for someone using 1040 form, itemized deductions.
What's not so great: need more clarification, questions for investment switches within 401k form 8949. I received 1099B but as wash sale.

No easier way to do taxes!!!!

Doing taxes is always a headache but Turbo Tax takes pain away and allows me to file without the headaches. It asks me questions in real person language, not complicated financial speak. This is my 5th year with Turbo Tax and I would never trust any other software with my taxes. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!!
What's great about it: Eas of use, even for a non financial minded person
What's not so great: Nothing that i have found
