Hassle Free

Overal I was very pleased with TurboTax. I've been using it for about 15 years, since a colleague at work recommended it. Intuit does a really good job of managing the complexities of a return and allowing downloads of financial information. The program also calcuated the best way to deduct or credit college payments. The only problem I had was deciding where to put income from election judge work as it was not subject to withholding and I didn't get a W2. Sometimes I entered it but couldn't find it when coming back to the category. Was able to work it out correctly. Again, overall it was a great program to use.
What's great about it: Smoother than last year
What's not so great: Some difficulty acessing alternate/non-W2 income

Turbo Tax is Great!!

Turbo Tax makes it extremely easy to file taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years on the recommendation from my parents. This is a very efficient way to file my own taxes. I cannot believe that consumers pay to have taxes like mine done when a software like Turbo Tax exists. The help area is extremely helpful. I have had questions and just by using the help function have had them answered.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to follow.
What's not so great: Nothing to report at this time

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It covers all areas with thorough, easy to understand questions and examples and allows for the maximum refund based on an individuals qualifications.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to use.
