Great assistance

This is year 20 of using Turbo Tax. Started with using an IBM operating system OS2 and continued using for the ensuing years. Helped other using Turbo Tax that was purchased by them and then reviewed their return using my returns as a guide. Had some unique questions about the return and was assisted in getting to the correct solutions. Good job with the software.
What's great about it: Ability to discuss an area of concern with knowledgeable individuals
What's not so great: No negative comments

Turbo Tax is my Friend!

Turbo tax is the only electronic tax package we have used. I have moved from basic to deluxe. I love using it as it reminds me of deductions i could have missed. Thank you turbo tax!
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to find helpful answers on-line

Have used for over 15 years now - only had one year where there was a problem downloading updates and they fixed it within 24 hours.

Too Easy

I really like the guided tour of the tax reporting process. Intuit makes it easy to understand and has the option to ask via chat. It also provides Questions and Answers for those who have questions on certain subjects, where other tax preparers can chime in.
What's great about it: Fast and simple for an everyday family with two breadwinners

Turbo Tax Review Continued

It would be great for Turbo Tax to offer the option to save the completed filing each year at their online site. Would provide added security.
What's great about it: Good Product
What's not so great: Does not allow for customers that purchased CD to save online
