Overall I was very pleased with the ease of use, and logical progression through the forms.
What's great about it: very easy to use, explained all in straight forward manner
What's not so great: a bit hard to track forms that are not commonly used (or needed)

There's not much to say other than it's a great program, easy to use, and very fast. The error checking is wonderful!
What's great about it: Incredibly easy and thorough
What's not so great: not particularly happy with the solicitations for extra services

The only tool I use

I rely on TurboTax every year. As a former tax professional, I appreciate the ease of data entry, and the fact much of the information is transferred over from year to year. If there was a change I would make, it would be to make it possible to review the forms themselves, and double click on entries that you want to change, and have the program take you directly to that section of the program for the edit.
What's great about it: easy, straightforward, informative
What's not so great: Cannot edit on the forms themselves

Turbo Tax makes it easy!

I don't like doing taxes, but I do love how easy Turbo Tax makes it to do them. I especially like how it automatically enters what I did from last years taxes so I don't have to re-do info every year.
What's great about it: Step by Step questions make it so easy to get taxes done

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and it is by far the easiest way for me to do my taxes. There are detailed instructions to help you figure out if you can use a deduction or not. There is online help if you need to ask questions. Why pay the big bucks when tax preparers are using the same program.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instruction with clarification.

Exactly what my tax person said my refund was!

I did TurboTax this year as well as I wanted to go and check my refund from Turbo Tax with my tax person I pay every year. They both came to the exact figure for my refund! I will never go to that person again. Turbo Tax from now on.
