We have used Turbo Tax for years and appreciate the way the company continues to update and stay on top of the tax situation,
What's great about it: easy

I honestly can't imagine trying to do my taxes without TurboTax. Many years ago, I did them manually, and the schedules about killed me! I haven't tried other tax preparation software, but have been overall pleased with TurboTax and continue to use.
What's great about it: pulls in info from last year; gives you filing instructions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Form 1040 won't print!

Turbo tax allows the regular person the step by step process to complete the families taxes
