Glad I Switched!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last five years and decided I would get a "professional" to review last years Turbo Tax return to see if they could find any mistakes. The only thing they found was that I was not taking a medical deduction on my state return because I wasn't qualifying for a medical deduct with the feds. But that's only because I wasn't itemizing medical for the feds, so it wasn't TT's fault. I decided at the last minute to do TT myself and it seemed easier than last year and I saved about $250. I love it!
Oh....and e-filing is so easy to the the old way of copies, checks and driving to the post office.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax guides you through the return all the way...it's very easy.
What's not so great: It would be be nice to get instananeous help feedback but I did get answers to my questions the next day.

We continue to use Turbo Tax (five years now) because of the ease of use, the cost, and the simple to understand instructions.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions
What's not so great: When searching with specific question, did not get specific answer.

Used Turbo Tax

Every year Turbo Tax gets better and better. The only thing I'd like to see changed in the program is while filling out different income items and deduction items, once filled and entered, the NEXT tab would be on top of the page instead of having to move the page down each time to say OK.
What's great about it: Love Turbo Tax and have used it for over 10 years. No problems!!!!
What's not so great: While going thru the different items of income and deductions, have to move the cursor down each time.

Easy - Helpful Staff - Gives Piece of Mind

I having been using since 2006 and I wouldn't use anything else. Takes all the worry and pressure away.
What's great about it: Easy as Watching a Movie
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is super easy to use. It walks you through all questions and lets you know when you're missing something.
