Good, but Some Problems

Overall, not bad. The 'free' come-one should tip you off. Extra charge for state filing and credit card use. I filed a K-1 awhile back and it showed up on this year's tax for no reason; I couldn't delete it, even though all fields were blank. As for accuracy, I'll wait for the return to be accepted. Last year was good ( not the tax, but the return was OK ).
What's great about it: The easy stuff is still easy
What's not so great: Unnecessary forms show up.

Made my refund simple

I found it very helpfull to find all the deductions. Since we don't have a state tax it kept asking if I wanted to file State.

Better than paper forms, less expensive than live person, private - overpriced - difficult to understand in some places.

For years I've been using Turbo Tax and I love it. Step by step interview makes it easy for the average person. But if you want to see the forms that's just as easy.
You can't go wrong for the price and it's nice to just do it yourself.
