Ease of Use

Although I have used this application for years, I still find it difficult to understand where I could save from paying taxes the next year. Would like hints and tips for the following year.

I've been using Turbotax for about 20 years now and I've never been disappointed. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Finds me all available deductions.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Over all this product is good, i would recommend it.
What's great about it: the product is user friendly, it is very interactive and simple to use
What's not so great: You have to buy the state e-file separately. It is priced a bit on the higher side.

New Definition of easy

I'm really glad I purchased TurboTax Deluxe. It allows you to do the same thing others to include myself in the past paid others to do.
What's great about it: walked me through it on the easiest level to understand

Saved stress

I have used this product for years and like the simplicity. It completes many fields for me using history. This year I had a few things out of the ordinary that the program handled well.
What's great about it: Able to handle unusual transactions.
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments
