I knew to doing my own taxes and it was virtually painless
What's great about it: easy & to the point
What's not so great: too many unneeded opyions which Im sure beneit others but not me personaly
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TIME SAVER - EZ TO FILE

After a couple of years of using a competitor's tax software, I returned to TURBO TAX. TURBO TAX is simply a far superior product. No more struggles with the Block-heads for me!
What's great about it: Greate interface, easy for everyone to prepare and file their tax returns
What's not so great: None

I Like TurboTax

In years gone by, before computers, I used real forms and real paper and calculator to do my own return. At times, I would use a professional. But I found that I knew just as much as they did, because our return isn't all that complicated. So, I found Turbotax. Haven't tried any of the others because Turbotax has always been easy to use and has done a thorough job of ensuring that I don't forget to enter some things and of doing accurate calculations. I'll be using it until I'm no longer able.
What's great about it: It's like a roadmap, leading one along the way to completing their return. And, if terms are unclear, it helps.
What's not so great: Could have more complete explanations of obscure terms and forms.

Best Bang for the $$ - Turbo TAX

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years now and have never been disappointed. I really like the fact that I get to step through my returns myself wich teaches me what financial data I should be keeping year after year for filing my taxes.
What's great about it: User friendy, easy to use and self guiding
What's not so great: No Cons to speak of

I have used TurboTax for many years in a row because it makes filing taxes easy. Any questions I have ever had are answered by the in-application help, which is easy to read and understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use. All information written in an easy to read and understand format.
What's not so great: None

Been doing TurboTax for about 15 years and it gets easier every year. I have become the resident tax expert for family and friends.
