Only the Best for Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years, I will never use anything else, the easy walk me thru and helpful hints are fabulous. I use the Deluxe program for our taxes which are complex with numerous itemized deductions to the simple EZ one for our grandaughter. The error check helps ensure we have done everything correctly.
What's great about it: Easy walk thru, been using for years, easy to understand
What's not so great: I have no cons

Way To Go

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. 2012 was so much better than last year. Talking to others in the Community last year, I noticed that others were having the same problem I was having. Getting the program to print the tax return for filing. I finally found a way through a back door to get it to print. Very frustrating considering I do taxes for 4 family members plus ourselves. This year the whole program went so smoothly I was amazed. My time for preparing my return was cut over half from last year.
What's great about it: Almost everything went smoothly
What's not so great: Questions asked that we don't have access to the answers

TurboTax is very user friendly. However, I think users should have a basic understanding of taxation.

This product continues to be my favorite. I use this to compile an "estimate" return for the next year and find it to be very functional.
What's great about it: Very simple...answered all my questions.
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for years. I can not ever see me returning to a tax prep business. Turbo has clear steps & through the "help" option, more detailed assistance is available
What's great about it: Clear cut. Understood steps
What's not so great: I honestly have none.

I love using TurboTax. It makes filing our taxes easy and simple. I recommend using TurboTax for anyone who needs to file taxes!!!
What's great about it: easy to follow, safe and quick, doesn't even feel like a chore!
