Fell in love all over again

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years and I always seem to forget how much I enjoy doing my taxes because of Turbo Tax. From the minute I fire it up, I remember how in love I am with this software. I love the audit checks & risk display. I also love that I can see what my previous years numbers were! Thank you!

Excellent Product...not perfect

I've used Turbotax for years and will continue. It's very good, but sometimes it's hard to move around to a specific data entry screen and I'm not sure exactly what's going on in terms of some specific worksheets.
What's great about it: comprehensive, accurate, not hard to use
What's not so great: not easy to get back to a specific place

Eased My Tax Muddled Mind

I have used Turbo Tax for the past several years and have always felt confident my taxes were done correctly and reviewed thoroughly t be certain all deductions were calculated for maximum return dollars. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants reassurance your taxes were done appropriately and filed on-time! Kudos to TurboTax for devleoping a terrific product!!
What's great about it: So easy to follow instructions and get the extra explanation and help when needed.
What's not so great: Type font could be larger to make it easier to read.

All in all data was easy to enter. Maybe a word or two about how to handle reverse mortgages would avoid some questions.
What's great about it: Everything needed was explained in layman;s terms.
What's not so great: Confusing at the end about prices and payments.

Quicken and Easy

It is simple to use, especially when combined with Quicken for reports on donations, Medical Expenses and other deductions. It pulls in previous tax information so that it doesn't have to be re-entered. Been using it for years and with the efile get my returns quicker.
What's great about it: Ease of use, it does the math automatically
What's not so great: Help files could be expanded locally rather than online.

ALTHOUGH I DO NOT ENJOY HAVING TO DO THE ANNUAL INCOME TAX, USING TURBO TAX HAS MADE THE WHOLE OPERATION EASIER AND MORE COMPLETE.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, PROPER QUESTIONS ASKED AND PRICED PROPERLY
What's not so great: STILL HAVE TO DO THE INCOME TAX

Very Pleased with Turbo-Tax Software

I have been very satisfied with Turbo-Tax ever since my first year of use, 2007. All directions, explanations, navigation tools are very well written and easy to understand. I find it easy to bounce back to an earlier step, review it, and return to where I left off. I am VERY PLEASED with how such an incredibly complex process as tax preparation has been made so easy to follow and accomplish. It is excellent for tracking carry-overs.
T-T as a "Simulation Tool" in preparation for a Roth Conversion:
I used T-T from 2008 with all my 2008 data (which varies little from year to year; or I could have modified the data) and added in varying potential conversion amounts. By doing this I was able to anticipate and prevent being exposed to higher tax rates. YES, I HAD THIS WORK REVIEWED BY A "CPA." It was amazingly effeective. By using these simulations I was able to stage my conversion over 3 years and save considerbly in my taxes.

palnon it taking about twicw as long as you think it should,
What's great about it: nothaving to input all personal info again
What's not so great: had to reneter alot of the new info multiple times
