turbo tax year after year

Have used turbotax for many years. the software overall is very good, some years better than others however. Cheaper than using an accountant &more convienient too. Next year don,t make assumptions in some areas, let us review them as we go instead of catching them in error check & then having to figure out how to go back & correct to them with little or no help. I give turbotax an 8 out of 10. Thanks
What's great about it: Good value,nice direction & even faster this year
What's not so great: hard to navigate back to make small business changes from previous year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

easy for the disability

I will get another one for 2013 liked it.
What's great about it: like the disk cause no gliches
What's not so great: didnt know if needed to install all the time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes it easy for me to file my taxes.

Turbo Tax make is easy, quick ,and fairly painless for my wallet to file my taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax since I was old enough to have a job, since 1999. I have never had a problem traversing the step-by-step instructions. Turbo Tax even defines the tax lingo for me!
What's great about it: Simple, step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: None.

I was very impressed by the ease of using the program. The review of our financial situation was very thorough and resulted in a larger than expected refund.

State taxes can be more complicated than federal, but with Turbotax it imports all my federal data and my state is done in minutes!
What's great about it: Great step by step process. The import to state is a huge timesaver as is the import from Its Deductible
What's not so great: doesnt always return to the spot where you left the interview

27 years of doing my own taxes

As I have to file three tax returns a year, I find it easy to use the Turbo Tax Software. Unfortunately, its getting costly as I could save myself the trouble and time by packaging everything up and dropping off to a tax accountant.
What's great about it: Software walks you through everything
What's not so great: Cost of software/filing

Need more info for Social Security

There are various ways families receive Social Security for children. How do we know which ones we need to add to our income and which ones are considered the child's income and arent put on your tax return?
