Overall TurboTax is a very good product. It provides assurance that your return is complete and accurate. I like the error checking prior to filing, the reminders about potentially overlooked deductions, and the Audit Support offerings.
What's great about it: Formated walk-through of Return
What's not so great: Insufficient emphasis on Estimated Taxes for next year

handled the hard stuff

I was able to enter all my charitible deductions which I could not do on another program. TurboTax handled all the odd things as well.

Thorough program

I have depended on TurboTax for many years. I tried a different program one year, and quickly realized that TurboTax is worth the extra money.
What's great about it: Love the step by step guided tour
What's not so great: Should give option of skipping common income/deductions not present in previous years return

Just what I Needed

Turbo Tax has helped me to file my taxes for 7 years. I've had no problem at all. One of the few programs that is so initiative. Worth every dime for the program.
What's great about it: The process is quick & easy to follow.
What's not so great: Couldn't find an answer to my question. Was going to chat on line but figured it out my self.

Couldn't do my Taxes without TurboTax!

I always use TurboTax, I am a procrastinator and wait until the very end to complete my returns. I always know I can depend on TurboTax to get my forms completed quickly with minimum effort. If I have my information, TurboTax will get the job done quickly, easily and with a minimum of work. I think that's why I don't worry about getting them done any sooner. TurboTax is just so reliable.
I live in one state and work in another, Turbo Tax also makes it easy to take care of this situation. Love it, Love it, Love it.

What's great about it: Easy and Quick
What's not so great: No way to enter some information when an extension was previously filed.

I am able to do my own taxes without having to pay extra fee. I think I was fair in my taxes. Covered many extracredits and deductions.Easy to use for novice computer people such as myself.

T-Tax helps alot

I really like that I can switch between Step-by-Step and Forms view, so that I can see how the forms are being populated. The links to context-sensitive help is useful so you don't have to search through many tax publications.
Sometime you have to go through the step-by-step forward or backward one step at a time, when I really want to get all the way out of the section.
