We've been using turbo tax over 12 years and have not had one problem with an audit or refund

So easy

I was terrified to do my own taxes but after having used a tax store in the past I was blown away by Turbo Tax. It is so easy to use and the software walked me through every step. I couldn't recommend this enough.
What's great about it: User friendly, good guidance.

I have been using turbo tax for several years now. I think it has become more user friendly throughout the years. A quick video at the very beginning around major tax changes from one to year to next would be helpful.
What's great about it: User friendly, liked the easy to use guide
What's not so great: overwhelming the amount of line items and hesitant about skipping

This yea's version was much more comprehensive than ever before, yet it was easier to use ad navigate through. A pleasant way to make a nasty job seem like no big deal. Love that every possible calculation is dome instantly and you always see where you stand.
What's great about it: More comprehensive and easier to use than ever!
What's not so great: Should learn from previous years what to skip over

Turbo Tax simplifies my tax filing so much, and makes sure I get the benefits that are coming to me. I would recommend Turbo Tax for most people who are able to do their own taxes.
What's great about it: So simple to use.
What's not so great: Getting some of last year's (2011) information.
