Very easy to use

A great progam better then the one I used last year ,
my only complaint is the state filling fee should be pointed out up front better not when you get ready to file and It is to high , work on getting the cost down.
but all and all a great program

Better than Most!

The Disc version should include more than 1 State Tax in the price. Especially if its linked to the original refund for the same household. Very disappointed with this :(
What's great about it: Guided me through, and easy W-2 inports
What's not so great: Dont like that I gotta pay for more than 1 State Tax refund. Disc Should include up to 3 per disc.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Contented User For Many Years

We have been using TurboTax for many...many years.
So far we have had no problems.
It really does make doing taxes a lot clearer, and easier.
How we ever got through with paper and pencil (ink) we'll never know.

What's great about it: Ease of use, Accuracy, Always gets better!
What's not so great: They keep getting fixed, but PayPal use would be nice.

Our taxes this year included Sale of Residence, moving to a retirement center, non-cash donations to charitable agencies plus RMDs, working only part time, plus a large health deduction. Turbo Tax took care of all of them. It saved me going to a CPA.
