TurboTax Deluxe - Fed - State - Efile

For years I dreaded doing my taxes. Hours spent filing a basic federal and state simply because it was very confusing and now, using TurboTax Deluxe has made the entire process easy-as-pie. Apple please! 45 minutes from beginning to end! Great job!
What's great about it: Quick, easy and painless!
What's not so great: None whatsoever.

great program used it for my taxes 3 years straight A++
What's great about it: easy, user friendly
What's not so great: there are non unless you cant comprehend
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 taxs

Asked for all of the forms that I had received from income to deductions. Checked for all items that I might have forgotten or did not need. Quick and easy the way I like it. I have used this program for a few years and have had no problems.

Less than 30 minutes

With all the paperwork in front of me, my federal and state taxes took less than 30 minutes to complete. Doesn't get any easier than that.

At the end when I e-filed it charged me $19.99 for my state e-file (which was supposed to be free with the $49.99 purchase of Turbo Tax) and anoter $29.99 fee in extra charges from Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step easy to follow along to
What's not so great: Extra fees at the time of e-file that I don't think I was supposed to be required to pay
