I found the TurboTax to be user friendly, quick and easy to use.....

What's not so great: More Help / Explanations should be more elaborate

More than I expected

I've used TurboTax for several years now and each year with the new features it gets easier and easier. Because of this ease of use this year I decided to explore more options and because of the step by step walk through provided I was able to enter more deductions and get a larger refund!

TurboTaxer since the mid '80s still uses TurboTax

Most everything worked perfectly. On the K1 I had to enter, it would make things clearer if you could have a comment on screen indicating to click continue if you needed to enter multiple values instead of just one value.
Additionally, on the info bar that shows how much refund or tax, you could show additional details such as the standard deduction vs current sum of your itemized deductions.
Anyway, still a great way to do your taxes.

TurboTax makes it so easy to file my taxes!

I've used TurboTax for years. It remembers my data from the previous year and pulls my information forward. It's easy to use, and TurboTax keeps up with the latest changes in the tax laws so I don't have to. I don't miss a deduction with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Step-by-Step helps me move through the forms and makes sure I don't miss a thing.
What's not so great: None

TurboTax is extremely easy to use. Upgrades to dependents and qualified non-dependents made 2012 much easier to nagivate. Love this product!
What's great about it: Written in laymans terms!
What's not so great: Still have to pay taxes...
